Agreement to Terms

Our Apps and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CupiSoft and its licensors. Our Apps are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our Apps and for any activities or actions under your password.

User Content

Our Apps may allow you to input, upload, or store content such as financial data, notes, and preferences. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and display this content as necessary to provide our services to you.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Apps:

• To transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our Apps

In no event shall CupiSoft, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Apps
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Apps
• Any content obtained from our Apps
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Disclaimer

Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CupiSoft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our Apps.

We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Financial Advice Disclaimer

Budgify and other financial Apps provided by CupiSoft are tools for personal financial management and do not provide professional financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cupi Software operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
